This Privacy Statement applies to SilverCrews SL, the SilverCrews brand owner.

SilverCrews processes and stores personal data in the EU and is able to demonstrate at all times compliance with the obligations laid down in the Union’s legislative instruments, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Our website complies with the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), which is a directly applicable European legislation. GDPR creates new rights for individuals and strengthens some existing rights under Directive 95/46 / EC. Directive 95/46 / EC has been replaced since 25 May 2018.

SilverCrews is a processor under the GDPR Regulation, so the company determines the purposes and methods of processing the data entered and collected online.

 

The data protection policy of SilverCrews is based on the following principles:

We occasionally sign contracts with other companies and business partners working on our behalf, such as external advocates to process a claim for compensation, technical companies for processing and delivering systems and technologies that develop our products and services, and in these case we will disclose the necessary information.   1. The right to request access to your personal data

This allows you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to verify that we process it legally. The right to request correction of any data we have about you. This allows you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we have about you corrected, although it may be necessary to verify the correctness of the new data you provide us .

  1. The right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data

For application to our jobs, we use an external recruitment tool for management purposes. When applying for a job at SilverCrews, personal data will be processed and controlled by our company. Applications will not be stored for a longer period of time than required for the recruitment process and will not be disclosed to third parties. SilverCrews has the right to send customer marketing emails with their consent. This specific form of consent must be freely given, informed, specifically and precisely. These requests are met when customers choose to receive marketing emails (actively approved).

Customers will always have the right to object, on request and at no cost, to processing personal data for direct marketing purposes without having to provide concrete justification. Customers can do so by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link that appears in the emails we send to you, or you can send us an email to the email address info@silvercrews.com. Once the client has objected, that customer’s personal data will no longer be processed for direct marketing.

Marketing emails contain information that we consider to be interesting to the customer, as well as cutting-edge news about our products and services.

SilverCrews is responsible and will be able to demonstrate at all times compliance with GDPR and the principles set forth in this document. SilverCrews will keep under its responsibility an archive of processing activities containing the information requested by the GDPR and, where necessary, make the information available to the supervisory authorities.

Customers have the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data. All questions and complaints will be processed by the Data Protection Officer in a timely manner and in accordance with internal procedures.
